Capable of providing support for Programmatic and Communication techniques and processes to support stakeholder requirements. Has specialized relevant knowledge, works as a member of team, and assists with solving complex problems. This position requires 12-hour shifts. The shifts are 7 on/7 off, rotating days and nights.
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years' experience analyzing and reporting operational activities, to include:
Must possess a SECRET security clearance.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and/or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
