Job summary

Chrono24 is expanding its US presence and seeking a role in our customer relations team to detect fraudulent activities and review listings. You will combine watch expertise with security measures to maintain Chrono24 as a secure marketplace for high-quality watches, while collaborating with the Fraud Prevention Team in Germany.

You will inspect new listings for authenticity, monitor security processes, and communicate with international clients by phone or email.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

About

As part of our customer relations team, you will help detect fraudulent activities and listings early.Youwill combineyour watch expertise with our security mechanisms to help us deliver excellent quality across our platform.
You will uncover fraudulent attempts and analyze the patterns and methods used by fraudsters. In addition, you will ensure that Chrono24 remains a secure online marketplace for high-quality watches.

What you can expect

• You will be an important part of our customer relations team as we expand our presence in the U.S., collaborating daily with the Fraud Prevention Team in Germany.
• Youwill inspectnew listingsto verifythe authenticity of the watches andthetrustworthiness of the sellers.
• Youwillmonitor security processesthatdetect andprevent fraudulent activity, while keeping sight of thebig picture.
• Youwillcommunicate with our international clients, primarily via phone or email.
• You Will use your experience and expertise to help design new mechanisms and processes that keep Chrono24 safe and secure.
