Job summary

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. seeks a Joint Operations Center Watch Specialist to support a high-priority mission in El Paso, TX. The role requires active DoD SECRET clearance and working within a 24/7 environment to maintain situational awareness and coordinate combat readiness.

You will produce official messages, manage information flow, and integrate various systems to support decision makers and COP, while rotating shifts and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of experience in a military setting for the assigned duties.
• Experience managing multiple operations tasks within a Joint Operations Center.
• Experience preparing intelligence reports or command briefings.
• Active DoD SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support a high-priority Special Operations and Joint Interagency mission in El Paso, TX.
• Maintain situational awareness and coordinate operational activities on the watch floor.
• Produce official messages, FRAGOs, and operational reports for decision makers.
• Maintain records and metrics for missions and command updates.
• Protect data on NIPRnet and SIPRnet and comply with classification policies.
• Provide written and oral reports to command and higher headquarters.
• Support COP integration with all command systems.
• Monitor intelligence reporting related to Mexico and cartel activities.
• Assist with 24/7 mission operations scheduling and shift coverage.
