• Coordinate item creation templates for offshore team and PLU creation.
• Manage department email inbox and respond within 24 hours.
• Oversee merchandise audits for all brands.
• Support Inventory Control, stock balancing, and returns.
• Collaborate with Buying Team to resolve inquiries and process orders.
