Job summary

Ben Bridge Jeweler, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary with 110+ years in the business, seeks a Store Service Assistant to support the Watch Buying team and store service communication in Seattle.

You will coordinate merchandise execution, inventory management, vendor communication, and store operations while collaborating with Watch Buyers, Distribution, and Brand Partners to ensure seamless execution of business objectives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Retail math knowledge and proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Extensive watch brand knowledge and project management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate item creation templates for offshore team and PLU creation.
• Manage shared WatchDept inbox and respond within 24 hours.
• Oversee merchandise audits for all brands.
• Support inventory control, stock balancing, and returns.
• Collaborate with Buying Team to resolve inquiries.
• Process special orders and track status.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
