Ben Bridge Jeweler, Inc. is seeking an organized Office Administrator to support our wholesale jewelry manufacturing and repair shop in Bellevue.

You will handle front office tasks, customer inquiries, intake of jobs, data entry, and invoicing, with engraving and shipping coordination as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least two years in administrative or customer service roles, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, D365, and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to orders and repairs with professionalism.
• Receive and secure incoming jobs, accurately inputting data and providing intake slips.
• Oversee all estimates, track approvals and declines and communicate with the manufacturing team.
• Photograph and upload all incoming jobs to the portal and archives, ensuring meticulous documentation.
• Process repair and order pick-up, creating precise invoices for each order delivered.
• Oversee and execute engraving requests and coordinate project timelines.
