Qualifications

• Two (2) years of full-time work experience as a San Bernardino County Probation Corrections Supervisor I.
• Watch Commander experience in juvenile detention, juvenile treatment programs, and administrative assignments.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills; excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and activities of juvenile detention and/or treatment facilities.
• Plan, assign, and review work of Probation Corrections Supervisors I and Probation Corrections Officers.
• Direct and supervise counseling programs; monitor individual and group counseling.
