Job summary

CordenPharma Colorado is seeking a Wastewater/Utilities Operator to monitor and optimize treated and untreated process water. You will troubleshoot utilities, participate in preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with hazardous waste rules and permit requirements.

The role requires a GED or higher with 3 years related experience; strong documentation and safety discipline are essential. On-site position with shift coverage including nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years related experience in Wastewater, Industrial Chemical, or Utilities Operations preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to calculate figures and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot wastewater treatment and pre-treatment discharge permits.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Thermal Oxidizers and perform preventive maintenance.
• Manage hazardous and nonhazardous waste including labeling, shipping, and disposal profiles.
• Ensure proper inventories of lab reagents and equipment; perform area walkthroughs.
• Coordinate sample collection and external lab submissions; maintain regulatory documentation.
