Job summary

WhiteWater is seeking an Operator II, Wastewater to operate and maintain assigned facilities and to actively support the Operations Lead Operator & Supervisor, including night and weekend on-call rotations.

This role requires a GED or high school diploma, 3+ years in wastewater, a valid 4M Wastewater Operator License (or ability to obtain within 6 months), and proficiency with Windows and MS Office; DOT medical card and drug screen also apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years' experience in wastewater or related industry.
• Valid and active 4M Wastewater Operator License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Demonstrated communication skills.
• Computer literate in Windows and MS Office.
• Available after hours and on-call work as required.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• OSHA 10 General Industry Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment.
• DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid US Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned wastewater facilities.
• Support the Operations Lead Operator and Supervisor.
• Be part of an on-call rotation including night and weekend coverage.
