Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Operator to operate and maintain the wastewater system and related equipment. You will work with managers and technicians to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal plant performance.

Ideal candidates have at least 2+ years in industrial wastewater treatment, a High School diploma or equivalent, and a preference for a GA Wastewater Operator Class 3 license. The role is full-time and on-site, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment.
• Preferred: Wastewater Operator Class 3 license in GA or reciprocal.
• Knowledge of NPDES/state/federal regulations.
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wastewater equipment and related processes.
• Perform daily rounds and monitor system performance.
• Use CMMS for maintenance tasks and record keeping.
• Train team members on wastewater procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SWPPP, SPCC, and permits.
• Respond to emergencies and spills.
