Job summary

Corporate Environmental Risk Management, LLC is seeking a Wastewater Operator Class 4 for our Georgia operations. The role involves operating and monitoring wastewater treatment systems to ensure environmental compliance and public safety.

Responsibilities include maintenance, data recording, and regulatory reporting. The position requires a GA Class 4 license or the ability to obtain it within 12 months, along with a minimum of 3 months wastewater experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 months wastewater collections/treatment experience.
• Must hold a Georgia Class 4 Wastewater Operator license or be able to secure within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment plants, pumps, lift stations, and collection systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on treatment equipment and components.
• Maintain accurate records and submit reports to local, state, and federal agencies to ensure compliance.
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and participate in emergency response for incidents.
• Train and collaborate with other staff on treatment processes and safety.
