Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation is seeking a Waste Water Treatment Team Lead in Nespelem, WA. This non-exempt, working leadership role supervises, coordinates, operates and maintains the City’s wastewater treatment facilities, collection systems, and potable water distribution systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and achieving effluent quality targets.

The position requires Level III operator certification, an associate degree in a relevant field, and several years of

Competenze

• Associates degree in chemistry, biology, or waste treatment; Level III operator certification required.
• Six years of wastewater treatment operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science preferred.
• Commercial driver's license required.
• Wastewater Operator Certification Grade II; Water Distribution Grade I.
• Backflow device tester and cross-connection inspector certifications.
