Job summary

HDR is seeking a dynamic leader to helm the Oregon Wastewater Treatment Business Class Lead role. You will guide technical excellence, mentor future leaders, and collaborate with clients to deliver innovative wastewater solutions that protect public health and the environment.

You will shape regional and national initiatives, lead master planning, nutrient removal, solids handling, and condition assessment efforts, while building lasting client relationships and HDR’s industry leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of experience in wastewater treatment planning and design.
• Active professional registration and collaboration with leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex wastewater treatment projects from planning through construction.
• Serve as Project Manager on regional and area-wide projects.
• Drive strategic growth initiatives and client development for Oregon HDR wastewater portfolio.
