HDR is seeking a dynamic Oregon Wastewater Treatment Business Class Lead to guide technical excellence, mentor staff, and grow HDR’s wastewater portfolio. You’ll work with regional and national leaders on master planning, nutrient removal, and treatment facilities, delivering projects from planning through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of experience in wastewater treatment planning or design.
• Professional registration and HDR values alignment.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture and collaboration with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex wastewater treatment projects through planning, design, and construction.
• Serve as Project Manager on critical regional and area-wide projects.
• Advance technical capabilities in nutrient removal, solids handling, and condition assessment.
• Promote QA/QC and continuous improvement across projects and teams.
• Collaborate with regional and national experts to strengthen HDR’s leadership.
