Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience in development and management of diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical excellence and project delivery across wastewater treatment planning and design.
• Serve as Project Manager on critical regional and area-wide projects.
• Drive strategic growth initiatives and expand HDR’s wastewater portfolio across Oregon.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, industry partners, and professional organizations.
