Job summary

The Probst Group is seeking a Technical Services Project Manager to support clients in delivering innovative wastewater treatment equipment, processes, and engineering solutions from our Hartland, WI office. You will lead projects, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements include a engineering or environmental science degree, 3–8+ years in wastewater, strong communication, and up to 25% travel. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–8+ years of experience in wastewater or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, instrumentation, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for assigned projects/clients.
• Manage project schedules, scope, and budgets through all phases of a project, including construction.
• Coordinate schedules and budgets with project stakeholders.
• Assign and manage tasks to project team members.
• Utilize time management software to track and forecast budgets and invoicing.
• Draft bid requests and evaluate quotations for contractors and consultants.
• Review purchase orders on assigned projects.
• Manage projects with oversight from key stakeholders.
• Support and document project risk and issues.
