Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Pennsylvania seeks a skilled operator for the Water/Wastewater Plant. The role covers daily maintenance, chemical dosing, sample collection, and monitoring system performance to ensure safe, compliant water treatment.

Candidates should hold a Class C or higher Water/Wastewater license, be able to work evenings/weekends, and communicate in English. The position offers growth opportunities, paid training, and access to resort amenities.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class C or higher Water/Wastewater License with appropriate sub classes.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and coworkers.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Must be able to speak English.

Responsibilities

• Controls valves for proper flow through treatment processes.
• Monitors chemical applications during treatment.
• Performs routine water quality tests (chlorine residual, turbidity, alkalinity, temperature).
• Operates pumps, records data, and adjusts operations as needed.
• Maintains records of treatment operations and preventive maintenance.
• Responds to 24-hour emergency calls for repairs when required.
