TEEMA Group is seeking a Facilities Wastewater Engineer in Tempe, Arizona. You will support the design, installation, and commissioning of wastewater treatment systems, oversee daily plant operations, and maintain detailed process records.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement to reduce water usage. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in wastewater operations, knowledge of SCADA, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit/MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of wastewater treatment operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of biological, chemical, and physical treatment processes.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and automated monitoring tools.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, Bluebeam.
• Experience in design, construction, commissioning, and start-up preferred.
• Professional Engineering License (PE) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support design, installation, and commissioning of wastewater systems.
• Oversee daily operation of wastewater treatment plants; monitor, troubleshoot, and perform PMs.
• Maintain records of water quality, flow rates, and chemical usage.
• Assist with permitting and regulatory reports; support permits and approvals.
• Implement continuous improvement to reduce water use and improve efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols for chemical handling and equipment operation.
• Support sustainability goals and ESG reporting related to water management.
