Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be self-motivated and dependable.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic pumps is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-pressure washing and thorough job-site cleanup.
  • Operate field equipment such as jetters and vac units.
  • Assist in confined space entry tasks and site prep.
  • Operate and maintain plant processing and yard equipment.
  • Drive company vehicles to and from job locations safely.
  • Operate forklifts as needed (experience preferred).
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe yard environment.
  • Support vacuum truck operators with various tasks.

Job Overview

The Service Technician is responsible for supporting various field and yard tasks related to the wastewater industry. This role is primarily focused on fieldwork, including washing, pressure cleaning, and job site cleanup. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and reliable, able to work independently while representing the company in a professional manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Perform high-pressure washing and thorough cleanup at job sites

  • Drive company vehicles safely to and from job locations

  • Participate in special projects and carry out additional duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Valid Driver’s License

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be self-motivated and dependable
  • Ability to stay focused and avoid distractions (e.g., unnecessary cell phone use)
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Knowledge of pneumatic pumps is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This role involves driving for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work is performed outdoors at active job sites that require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). All sites are considered safety-sensitive locations.
