Job summary

First Solar, Inc. is seeking a senior-level supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of wastewater treatment, process water systems, and recycling processes at our Perrysburg Township facility.

You will lead the WW and Recycling team, ensure permit compliance, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and throughput. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science and 2-5 years of supervisory experience with CMMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science required.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience with experience in a CMMS system required.
• Experience with wastewater treatment in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wastewater and Recycling team to meet company goals.
• Operate wastewater treatment, process water system, and recycling processes.
• Ensure environmental permit compliance for WW and Recycling operations.
• Analyze resources to maximize productivity and utilization.
• Assist process changes, documentation, and training.
• Drive process improvements for safety, quality, and cost reduction.
• Maintain maintenance schedules and CMMS documentation.
• Communicate effectively to foster team building.
• Adhere to safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Supervise Wastewater Recycling Operators and manage hazardous waste.
