Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science required.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience with CMMS system required.
• Experience with Maximo and PMs; predictive maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Industrial chemical handling experience; experience in chemical analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of wastewater treatment, process water systems and recycling.
• Manage water and recycling supervisors; assign work by skill level.
• Implement Maximo and PMs; document and train staff; ensure documentation.
• Maintain safety, quality standards and operational excellence.
