Job summary

NCSL International is seeking a PH Laboratory Manager 2 to oversee a laboratory section within the TDH Division of Laboratory Services. You will supervise scientists and technicians, manage daily testing, and ensure quality assurance and inventory control.

The role involves collaboration with senior managers to implement procedures and meet regulatory requirements. The position emphasizes advanced supervisory duties, staff development, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, medical laboratory sciences or related field with four years of pertinent lab experience and two years supervisory experience.
• TN Medical Laboratory Supervisor/Director license eligibility required within 12 months of hire; must have or be eligible for TN license.
• Transcript with ALL credits must be uploaded with the application.
