Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in a certified laboratory environment; 2+ years in supervision/management.
• Wisconsin Wastewater Treatment Operators License - Laboratory Certification (or able to obtain within 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory frameworks, QA/QC, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead lab operations with a safety-first, compliant culture.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Direct QA, sample analysis, data validation, and research initiatives.
