Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, MLS or related field from an accredited institution.
• Four years of full-time lab experience and two years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Must possess and be eligible for TN Medical Laboratory Supervisory/Director license within 12 months; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily lab operations and testing, including dPCR workflows.
• Provide workforce development through coaching, mentoring and cross-training of staff.
• Assist in policy, procedures, and performance/quality indicators; ensure document control.
• Monitor workflows and manage reagents, inventory, equipment maintenance; space needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive operations.
