Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Wastewater Project Manager for the Bisbee, AZ project. You will lead the overall management, including P&L, permit compliance, safety, reporting, and staff supervision to deliver high-quality wastewater solutions.

You will oversee daily operations, biosolids management, SCADA, and lab activities. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory experience to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in the wastewater segment with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience with developing budgets, tracking actual expenditures vs budget and variance reporting; experience developing a Capital Improvement Plan.
• Experience with compiling data, DMR submission and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in written and oral presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions.
• Expected to reside within 20 miles of the Bisbee project location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project P&L, budgets, permits and safety programs.
• Lead operations, maintenance, biosolids management, SCADA and lab processes.
• Build and maintain client relationships and reporting for the project.
• Supervise staffing, training, performance management and workforce development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the facility.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery and quality control.
