Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a highly motivated Wastewater Project Manager to join our team in Bisbee, AZ. You will be responsible for overall project leadership, P&L, safety, and regulatory compliance while guiding staffing and staff development.

In this role you will manage planning, operations, maintenance and improvements of the facility, working with a team to deliver safe, efficient outcomes and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in the wastewater segment with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience developing and tracking a safety program with a high level of focus on safety procedures, communication, and training.
• Experience developing budgets, tracking actual expenditures vs budget and variance reporting
• Experience developing a Capital Improvement Plan
• Experience with compiling of data, DMR completion and submittal
• Experience in written and oral presentations
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions
• Expected to reside within 20 miles of the Bisbee project location

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and leadership of the project including P&L, permit compliance, process control, health and safety, quality, internal/external reporting, and employee supervision.
• Lead planning, organization, operations, maintenance and improvement of the facility.
• Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily operations, biosolids management, SCADA and laboratory oversight.
