You will manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with clients and regulators while optimizing treatment processes and guiding projects through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field and PE license.
• 8+ years of experience in wastewater treatment design and process engineering.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of wastewater treatment projects from concept to commissioning.
• Lead process evaluation and design for primary, secondary, and tertiary systems.
• Oversee process modeling, mass balance analyses, and capacity evaluations.
• Prepare and present technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Support permitting and regulatory compliance and provide startup/commissioning services.
