Job summary

Fuss & O'Neill in Hartford, CT seeks a Wastewater Project Manager with deep experience in collection systems. You will lead planning, evaluation, design, and rehabilitation of gravity sewers, force mains, and pump stations for municipal and industrial clients.

You will manage projects end-to-end, including condition assessments, hydraulic modeling, design, permitting, and construction support, while mentoring staff and growing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field required.
• PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of wastewater collection and conveyance projects, including gravity sewers and pumping stations.
• Lead resiliency and condition assessments and design for rehabilitation of existing networks.
• Oversee CCTV inspection programs and incorporate findings into improvement strategies.
• Direct hydraulic modeling, capacity analyses, and master planning efforts.
• Mentor junior staff and build strong client relationships.
