Responsibilities
- Develop technical treatment strategies and design criteria.
- Coordinate with clients and internal specialists for project delivery.
- Plan, design, permit, and construct wastewater projects.
- Prepare drawings, specs, and construction documents.
- Lead technical writing for memos and design reports.
- Provide construction phase engineering support and site visits.
