Job summary

H 2 O Innovation in Harrison County, MS is seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily wastewater treatment operations and ensure regulatory compliance across our facilities. You will supervise operators, coordinate maintenance, review data, manage safety programs, and work with inspectors to meet permit requirements.

The ideal candidate holds an Active Class IV Wastewater Operator License, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Active Class IV Wastewater Operator License required.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and regulations.
• Experience supervising wastewater plant operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wastewater treatment plant operations and compliance.
• Supervise and support plant operators and assigned personnel.
• Monitor treatment processes and adjust as needed to maintain performance.
• Review operational and laboratory data to maintain treatment performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of plant equipment.
• Maintain accurate operational, compliance, and regulatory records.
• Respond to alarms, equipment issues, and emergency situations.
• Assist with inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wastewater treatment plant operations and compliance
• Supervise and support plant operators and assigned personnel
