Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the on-site construction phase of wastewater treatment facilities and related infrastructure. You will act as the on-site Jacobs representative, overseeing contractor performance, project execution, and safety, while coordinating with owners, engineers, and regulators.

You will manage schedules, QA/QC, and documentation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of construction management or oversight on municipal water/wastewater projects.
• Experience leading construction for wastewater facilities or related infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality, safety, and contract administration.
• Ability to interpret plans and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Jacobs' field representative for wastewater construction projects.
• Lead daily construction activities from upgrades to new plant work.
• Monitor contractor performance against specs, permits, safety, and contracts.
• Facilitate meetings with clients, contractors, and utilities.
• Manage schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Resolve RFIs, submittals, changes, and field issues.
• Coordinate with operations to minimize disruption to treatment.
• Oversee QA/QC activities, testing, commissioning, and startup support.
• Maintain project docs, minutes, and payment reviews.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Promote Jacobs safety culture and site health requirements.
• Support closeout, turnover, and punch list activities.
