Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Design-Build Construction Manager to lead onsite construction of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the Northwest region. This full-time onsite role reports to the Project Manager and coordinates subcontractors, superintendents, and client representatives to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience with 10+ years of field execution on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading construction activities on water and wastewater facilities or heavy civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, superintendents, and field staff to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and recovery plans with the Project Manager.
• Support preconstruction efforts, client meetings, and relationship-building for future opportunities.
