Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of wastewater treatment and conveyance projects in the United States. You will oversee contractor performance, coordinate field activities, and ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met.

You will collaborate with owners, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver critical water infrastructure, drive project success, and support operations teams during turnover.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management on municipal water/wastewater projects.
• Experience leading construction for wastewater facilities or related infrastructure.
• PE license or CCM certification preferred.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans and manage safety and quality.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary Jacobs field representative for wastewater projects.
• Lead daily construction activities for upgrades and plant construction.
• Monitor contractor performance for compliance with specs, permits, safety, and contracts.
• Facilitate project meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage construction schedules and progress against milestones.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, and field issues.
