The position requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license, with pre-employment drug screening and background checks. Expect outdoor work, safety-first procedures, and team collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of construction or outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.
• Able to work outdoors in variable weather and physically demanding conditions.
• Commitment to safety and following site rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor in support of carpentry, concrete, mechanical, and civil crews.
• Assist with excavation support, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation.
• Handle, move, and stage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support concrete operations including formwork prep and curing.
• Install and remove temporary works and erosion controls.
• Demolish, clean up, and dispose of debris on sites.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Assist skilled trades as directed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and access ways.
• Follow safety requirements, PPE, and lockout/tagout controls.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and crew coordination.
• Trash collection and organize tool sheds.
