Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of construction or outdoor labor preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.
• Physically demanding work including carrying, digging, climbing, kneeling, and prolonged standing.
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather and active construction environments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor in support of carpentry, concrete, mechanical, and civil crews on treatment plant projects.
• Assist with excavation support, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation activities.
• Handle, move, and stage construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support concrete operations, including formwork prep, placing, vibrating, patching, and curing protection.
• Install and remove temporary works such as barricades, fencing, protection, and erosion control.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and participate in daily safety meetings.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Organize tool and equipment sheds.
• Trash collection and debris removal.
