A global leader in construction is seeking a Construction Laborer to support a critical wastewater treatment plant project in Gypsum, CO. The ideal candidate will have prior construction experience, a high school diploma, and communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting in building structures, operating heavy equipment, participating in demolitions, and ensuring safety on-site. The role requires a valid driver’s license, and pre-employment screening is mandatory. This position offers health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Should be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with emphasis on safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building structures for construction sites.
• Operate equipment such as a backhoe and/or water truck.
• Participate in demolitions.
• Work underground in vaults and water mains.

• Operate pavement breakers; jackhammers; earth tampers; concrete; mortar, and plaster mixers.
• Storm water best management practices maintenance; silt fence repair/replacement, silt removal, etc.
• Trash collection and disposal.
• Organize tool and equipment sheds.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Documentation must be provided at time of application.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory and with utmost regard for safety.
