MWH Constructors is seeking a Construction Laborer to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Austin, Texas. The role involves general labor across carpentry, concrete, mechanical, and civil crews, site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled trades on a large-scale water infrastructure project.

Applicants should be physically fit, safety-minded, and able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year of construction or outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor in support of carpentry, concrete, mechanical, and civil crews on treatment plant projects.
• Assist with site preparation, trenching, backfilling, and excavation support.
• Handle and stage construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support concrete operations including formwork prep, placing, vibrating, and curing protection.
• Install and remove temporary works such as barricades, fencing, and erosion control.
• Operate basic hand and power tools and assist skilled trades as directed.
