Job summary

Inframark's Wastewater Operations team in Burbank is seeking a Wastewater Operator II or III. The role operates equipment, conducts tests, maintains treatment facilities, and supports after-hours emergencies. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 4 years of water/wastewater experience, plus a state operator license; CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 4 years water/wastewater experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; CDL preferred; water/wastewater license may be required by site.

Responsibilities

• Operates valves, pumps, motors, belt presses and disinfection equipment.
• Performs routine testing, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of wells and systems.
• Documents treatment processes and plant performance; reports daily flow and chemical usage.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies to repair equipment and support electrical/ instrumentation.
• Maintains security of facilities and grounds; trains staff on SOPs and safe practices.
