Inframark LLC is seeking an ervaren Wastewater Operator II in Oklahoma City to operate and maintain equipment at small to mid-sized water/wastewater facilities.
The role requires obtaining an Oklahoma C Wastewater License and includes responding to after-hours emergencies, documenting processes, and coordinating maintenance with the team. Willingness to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays is expected.
This role is responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment at small to medium-sized water/wastewater facilities.
Ability to obtain Oklahoma C Wastewater License
Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and 24-hour emergency on-call.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of water/wastewater experience.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred). Water/Wastewater Operator's License specific to state and site-specific requirements. Other licenses may vary by site and assignment.
Technical: Ability to follow manual and operating instructions. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications. Basic knowledge of water/wastewater operations and working knowledge of electrical components.
Communication: Communicates clearly and professionally. Contributes to a positive internal and external customer experience. Maintains composure in challenging situations. Collaborates with others and seeks feedback.
Problem Solving & Quality: Pays attention to detail. Identifies and solves problems, escalates issues as needed, checks work for quality, and contributes suggestions to improve productivity and quality.
Managing for Results: Works independently with minimal supervision. Completes projects, follows company policies and SOPs, handles multiple tasks, and adapts to changes in workflow and scheduling.
Leadership & Initiative: Demonstrates a positive attitude aligned with company values. Takes responsibility for performance, accepts additional responsibilities, and seeks development opportunities.
Must be able to: frequently lift 50-60 pounds; load, unload, and move large equipment and tools; access confined spaces; and continuously walk and climb stairs and ladders.
