Tyson Foods is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Operator in Rogers, AR. The role focuses on operating, monitoring, and maintaining wastewater treatment systems to support plant operations and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities include sampling, chemical analyses, and reporting to regulators. The position requires a high school diploma and 1+ year wastewater experience. This is a hands-on, second-shift role with safety and physical requirements.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of wastewater experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Collect samples and perform chemical analyses per EPA/state requirements.
• Interpret test results and adjust treatment to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Maintain operating logs and prepare monthly reports.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform maintenance using mechanical skills and basic electrical wiring.
• Communicate system performance and maintenance needs to management.
• Operate a spotter truck and/or forklift as needed.
• Support groundskeeping, painting, and general housekeeping.
