Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a wastewater technician for third shift to operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems, collect samples, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will prepare reports, perform chemical analyses, and communicate status to upper management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1+ years wastewater experience preferred.
• Must complete storm water training within 30 days.
• Complete Industrial Waste Treatment Vol I & II within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate wastewater analysis laboratory and perform chemical analyses.
• Maintain wastewater collection and treatment systems and logs.
• Prepare monthly and permit-required reports and communicate status to management.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and operate safety protocols.
