Job summary

Weston & Sampson is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Operator to support operations and maintenance out of our Raymond, NH office. The role involves monitoring process controls, troubleshooting equipment, collecting samples, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will maintain records, run routine lab tests, and compile monthly data for compliance reporting, contributing to a collaborative, employee-owned firm focused on improving communities.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• MA Grade 4M Wastewater Treatment Operator License required.
• Knowledge of MA DEP regulation of plant O&M is desirable.
• Must be able to work outdoors, climb ladders and lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and good written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and observing operating conditions and adjusting process controls as necessary.
• Troubleshooting of plant equipment and performing minor maintenance as necessary.
• Collecting samples and performing routine lab tests.
• Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
• General housekeeping at facilities.
• Maintaining accurate records of operations and maintenance activities.
• Compiling monthly data for compliance reporting.
