Job summary

Weston & Sampson Services is seeking a licensed Wastewater Operator with 5+ years of experience to support operations and maintenance in the Cape Cod, MA area. The role involves routine wastewater treatment operations, assisting with facility management, and after-hours on-call coverage as needed.

Ideal candidates hold MA Full Grade 6C license, have municipal experience, and understand MA DEP O&M regulations.

Qualifications

What you’ll do:

• Routine wastewater treatment operations and maintenance tasks
• Assisting with the management of the facility
• Available for on-call emergency coverage after-hours, weekends, and holidays, as needed

What you will bring:

• Minimum MA Full Grade 6C Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator license
• Previous experience working with municipalities
• Additional Water and/or Wastewater Licensing a plus
• Knowledge of MA DEP regulations of plant O&M is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Good verbal and written communication skills, math skills
• Ability to read complex technical instructions
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License
