Qualifications

• Seven years of public works project management and/or operations experience.
• Three years of supervisory/lead project management with budget and long-range planning.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct long-term and short-term planning, budgeting, and operations.
• Coordinate project managers, construction superintendents, inspectors, and contractors.
• Supervise staff including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Administer capital improvement plans for engineering, construction, and purchasing.
• Coordinate Pretreatment, Laboratory, and QA/QC for regulatory compliance.
