Job summary

McKee Utility Contractors, LLC, part of MasTEC Clean Energy & Infrastructure, is seeking a General Superintendent in Dallas, TX to lead water and wastewater construction projects. You will drive safety, schedule, and field execution on complex installations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of field experience, strong communication with stakeholders, and willingness to travel or relocate as needed. The role partners with project management to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience in water and wastewater construction.
• Willingness to travel or relocate.
• Ability to communicate with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety standards on the job site.
• Develop and maintain a look-ahead schedule and track progress.
• Collaborate with project management to ensure alignment and execution.
• Analyze labor productivity and quantities.
• Prepare and update daily logs and periodic reports.
• Verify compliance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Supervise subcontractor activities.
• Mentor field engineers.
• Interpret Contract Documents.
