Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold State of Oklahoma Class C Laboratory Operator or eligible by reciprocity within 6 months.
• 1-3 years of experience in an analytical/environmental lab performing chemical, biological and physical analyses.
• Valid Driver’s License with no major infractions.
• Familiar with EPA and Standard Methods for Water & Wastewater analyses.
• Understand and follow QA/QC requirements of regulatory agencies.
• Able to present information clearly in reports and orally.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical, bacteriological and physical tests on water and wastewater samples.
• Prepare analytical standards and reagents for analyses.
• Review procedures and methods used in analyses.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments.
• Contribute to lab quality assurance, safety, and training.
• Train Operations personnel on equipment and analytical techniques.
