Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable science or an engineering discipline, or an associate’s with 2 years lab experience.
• Experience with thermogravimetric analysis, UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy, and titration.
• Ability to develop lab test methods and document results clearly.
• Strong data analysis and laboratory quality control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory analysis using specified techniques and record results.
• Prepare laboratory reports and maintain quality control methods.
• Develop and program laboratory equipment and methods as needed.
• Plan and conduct non-routine assignments and support process studies.
• Explain technical findings to stakeholders and coordinate with plant personnel.
