You will perform routine testing, analyze results, and assist with corrective actions under supervision. The position requires a Class II wastewater operator license and several years of hands-on facility experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class II industrial wastewater operator license.
• 4+ years operating a medium-scale wastewater facility.
• In-depth knowledge of plant operations and lab procedures.
• Knowledge of corrective actions and mechanical/electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a wastewater treatment plant according to procedures.
• Perform wastewater sampling and laboratory testing; initiate corrective actions under supervision.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance activities.
• Support equipment and facility maintenance (mechanical and electrical).
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain testing records.
• Identify plant issues and support corrective actions under supervisory direction.
• Coordinate tasks with supervisors and plant personnel.
