Job summary

Wright-Pierce, an award-winning environmental engineering firm, seeks a Project Engineer to join our New England Wastewater Infrastructure Group. You will perform technical design, bidding, and construction support for sewer and drainage projects in the New England region.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, an Engineer in Training certification, and a B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering. We offer hybrid work options, competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience related to sewer system condition assessment, design, bidding, and construction.
• Engineer in Training certification is required.
• PACP certification preferred or Wright-Pierce will support obtaining certification.

Responsibilities

• Technical design, bidding and construction of horizontal projects (sewer, stormwater/drainage, etc.).
• Developing plans and specifications for sewer systems.
• Sewer system flow monitoring.
• Infiltration/Inflow (I/I) assessments, evaluations and reporting.
• Fieldwork for sewer system evaluation surveys (SSES).
• SSES evaluations and reports.
• Gather and analyze data.
• Hydraulic modeling, if interested.
• Data and asset management.
