Job summary

Wright-Pierce, an award-winning environmental engineering firm, seeks a Project Engineer for its New England Wastewater Infrastructure Group. The role involves technical design, bidding, and construction of sewer and drainage projects in the New England region.

Salary ranges from $78,000 to $125,000 per year, with final pay based on education, experience, and location. The position requires 3–5 years of related experience, an Engineer in Training certification, and a BS in Civil or Environmental

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience related to sewer system condition assessment, design, bidding, and construction

Responsibilities

• Technical design, bidding and construction of horizontal projects (sewer, stormwater/drainage, etc.)
• Developing plans and specifications for sewer systems
• Sewer system flow monitoring
• Infiltration/Inflow (I/I) assessments, evaluations and reporting
• Fieldwork for sewer system evaluation surveys (SSES)
• SSES evaluations and reports
• Gather and analyze data; Hydraulic modeling, if interested
• Data and asset management
